Shotgun start: 5:15pm (very limited options for 5:30)
Game: Five Clubs and a Putter. Rules will be shared in next week's email.
Other fun stuff: Raffles, post-game gathering in the Clubhouse. Best dressed in Cinco de mayo attire will win a $25 gift card to be used towards your next round of golf or use in the pro shop.

Please make sure you create a member login at our new website, www.canyonettesgolf.com so you have access to members-only content. You can also sign up and pay your dues! We will be sharing a lot of helpful info on the website and social media sites!
Member Orientation
If you're a new member or an existing one, you probably have some questions about what to expect the first night of play (and making sure you're signed up for the first night!). See below for some tips to make the most of your Canyonettes experience!
Signing up to play: for the first week, text Greg at (509) 481-5468 to reserve your spot. If you're planning to play with a friend or even have a full foursome in mind, it is best to give him that information all at once. Greg will also want to know if you're planning to walk or ride - it helps with hole assignments! Moving forward, Greg usually hangs out in the Clubhouse post-golf to sign members up for the following week or you can continue to text him!
Do not call him or the Pro Shop to schedule Canyonettes tee times, please.Arriving at Indian Canyon: we always recommend you arrive early. You will need to pay for your round (and cart, if using) in the Pro Shop, and lines can get long. You will also want plenty of time to familiarize yourself with our weekly game, figure out how to get to your starting hole, and socialize with other Canyonettes. We know not every schedule allows for an early arrival, but if you can make it work we can clear the way for those who come in hot!
Greens fees and carts: This season greens fees for 9 holes is $30 and a one spot in a shared cart is $12. These fees are paid each week directly to the Pro Shop prior to playing.
Spokane County Golf Discount Cards: If you plan on golfing frequently this season (anywhere in Spokane), consider looking into the Discount Card from Spokane County Golf Courses. The Discount Card is $55 and saves anywhere from $2-$9 off a round, depending on 9- or 18- holes and time of day. For Canyonettes, greens fees are $27 or $26 with a Discount Card. More information can be found here. Inquire at the Pro Shop if you are interested in purchasing a Discount Card.
Basic Etiquette: We are a fun league, open to players of all abilities. But if you're struggling on a hole (as we all do!), please be aware of teams that may be stacking up behind you. Allow smaller or faster groups to play through, or simply move on and keep the game going. If we do get jammed up, patience is appreciated!
Post-Round Fun: There is no reason for the fun to end once your round does! Many of your fellow Canyonettes can be found in the Clubhouse after golf, enjoying food, beverages and socializing. The restaurant offers weekly drink and menu specials for Canyonettes!
Scorecards and GHIN: If you have signed up for GHIN, please know it is your responsibility to post your scores in the GHIN app or online at USGA. Please fill out your scorecard (making note of any scores that are affected by weekly game rules, and circle your chip-ins and birdies), sign it, and place it in the hanging box in the Ladies' Lounge.
